• Advice to public institutions (Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, Ministry of Economy, Government Department in charge of immigration and Guatemala City Hall), with a total accumulated experience of more than 20 years.
• Advise to all kinds of companies, specially those related to medicine industry, agrochemicals, insurance, among others.
• Guatemalan representative at the Intergovernmental meeting to review and further develop draft guidelines for the development of domestic legislation on liability, response action and compensation for damage caused by activities dangerous to the environment, held at Nairobi, Kenia, by the United Nations Environment Programme, in 2009.
• Guatemalan representative at the Intergovernmental meeting to review and further develop draft guidelines for the development of national legislation on access to information, public participation and access to justice in environmental matters, held at Nairobi, Kenia, by the United Nations Environment Programme, in 2009.
• Member of the Internal Review Committee of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources about the National Implementation Plan of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants.
